FAQ

Do I have to book for the class in advance?

Yes. Pilates classes require a confirmed reservation and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Because we rely on a minimum student count to run each session, we ask that you book at least 2 hours in advance. If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, you will receive a notification and a full credit toward a future session.

Is this class beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Our Mat Pilates sessions are designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors offer modifications for every move, making it accessible for beginners while still providing a challenge for those with more experience.

What should I bring to class?

Please wear comfortable athletic wear. We provide high-quality yoga mats for your use, so there is no need to bring your own! We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated. If you are doing a Pilates & Plunge session, don't forget to bring your swimwear for the recovery circuit.

If I booked the 'Pilates & Plunge' package, when do I go into the sauna?

Your recovery circuit happens immediately after the Pilates class. It is the perfect way to flush out lactic acid and relax your muscles while they are still warm. You’ll have full access to our dedicated gender-separate wings complete with lockers, shower & relaxation lounge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because our class sizes are limited, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If a class is cancelled by the studio due to not meeting the minimum student count, you will be notified via email/text and receive a full credit to your account.
