Do I need to sign up in advance, or can I walk in?
Yes, you must sign up in advance. Classes often fill up quickly, and pre-registration guarantees your spot. While we accept walk-ins if space is available, we highly recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
Do my existing Fire & Ice passes cover classes?
No. Our flexible sauna and plunge passes are separate from our scheduled classes. We offer dedicated single-class purchases specifically for the studio.
