Service Associate - Men's Section

The Service Associate is essential for maintaining the pristine hygiene and cleanliness required of a premium wellness facility. This hands-on role is dedicated to continuous maintenance of the physical space.

Requirements

• Comfortable with a physically active role that includes bending, lifting, and continuous motion.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a wellness environment.
  

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness Protocol: Maintain continuous oversight of all guest areas, including locker rooms, showers, and saunas on the Men's side. Due to the requirements of the job, specifically attending to facilities where guests are changing and bathing, this position requires a male attendant for the Men's area (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
• Towel Management: Collect, wash, dry, fold and restock all facility towels efficiently and continuously throughout the shift. 
• Facility Maintenance: Clean and sanitize all bathrooms and showers; empty waste bins and manage garbage. 
• Restocking & Supplies: Ensure all locker rooms, showers, and restroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.) are consistently stocked and tidy.
